We set up the access db to quarantine, set the count to 3 days, the log says that such and such is quarantined, but nothing appears in the quarantine log. What step did we forget? We are using version 3.1.3.597. Thanks, |

When you say "appears in the quarantine log", do you mean on the quarantine tab in SpamFilter? In the Access database, do you have any records in the tblQuarantine table? |

Could you please email us a screenshot of the quarantine tab in SpamFilter after you clicked on the "Refresh List" button? Please also include a zipped copy of SpamFilter's activity logfile for the day you take the screenshot, ensuring you create the zip at least 60 seconds after the screenshot.
