URGENT, dissapearing emails after quarant |

Hello all. We have big problems with emails that are dissapearing after they have been released from quarantine. We get a couple of calls a week from customers + we have the problem ourselves. I cannot figure out why and when it is happening and nothing is seen in the log, in fact we had a case today where one of my co-workers had the problem so i checked in the logfile and i could not even see the release event from quarantine. Patrik,
Could you please zip & email us SpamFilter's activity logfile for the day this happened? We'd also need the FROM and TO email addresses so we can locate the email in the log, and possibly the apporoximate time the quarantine release occurred. |
