Our version is v.3.0.1.558. All the sudden, my inbound connections reach its maximum of 8. We are a small company and rarely it gets to more than 2 connection at a time. The weird thing is the 8 connections stay connected from 11:00 till 16:00. By that 16:00, I discovered the problem and changed the Max connection to 50 and restarted the service. why did this happen? and how can we prevent it? |

We recommend you upgrade to the latest version of SpamFilter, as that has solved some issues with stale connections, that may be related to your problem.

I tried to do that, but your system keeps saying: Invalid email and/or Order Number. Even though I copied and pasted from the orginal email from Logsat. |
