Our version is v.3.0.1.558.

All the sudden, my inbound connections reach its maximum of 8. We are a small company and rarely it gets to more than 2 connection at a time.

The weird thing is the 8 connections stay connected from 11:00 till 16:00. By that 16:00, I discovered the problem and changed the Max connection to 50 and restarted the service.

why did this happen? and how can we prevent it?

We recommend you upgrade to the latest version of SpamFilter, as that has solved some issues with stale connections, that may be related to your problem.

I tried to do that, but your system keeps saying:

Invalid email and/or Order Number.

Even though I copied and pasted from the orginal email from Logsat.
