I have customer who has whitelisted a domain name but the senders mail is getting blocked saying its IP is being blocked SFDB. I thought Autowhitelistdelivery took precendence over SFDB. Do I need to add the whitelist customers IP whenever this happens? This is the first time but its an important customer for my user.
Thanks!

Andy,
The whitelist should indeed have precedence over the SFDB. The updated filtering order is always available at (or search the forum for the phrase "filter order"): http://www.logsat.com/spamfilter/forums/forum_posts.asp?TID= 5171#7776 If that's not the case, could you please post the section of SpamFilter's activity log (or email it to us) so we can see what is happening? |

I should have checked first my logs first. Just a small matter of timing. It is in fact working as its supposed to. We autowhitelist outgoing emails recipients from info in our outgoing mail server and as a result we parse the autowhitelistdelivery txt file and rewrite it with additions every 5 minutes. Never mind
