I have customer who has whitelisted a domain name but the senders mail is getting blocked saying its IP is being blocked SFDB. I thought Autowhitelistdelivery took precendence over SFDB. Do I need to add the whitelist customers IP whenever this happens? This is the first time but its an important customer for my user.

Andy, The whitelist should indeed have precedence over the SFDB. I should have checked first my logs first. Just a small matter of timing. It is in fact working as its supposed to. We autowhitelist outgoing emails recipients from info in our outgoing mail server and as a result we parse the autowhitelistdelivery txt file and rewrite it with additions every 5 minutes. Never mind
