I have a user that uses the TAGSUBJECT method. However, it seems that with this setting, whitelists are ignored and checking continues and tags some mail as SPAM. Is this correct? Or should'nt the filter, once detecting that an e-mail is in a whitelist, send the mail without a tag? |

That should not be normal... When a whitelist match is found, the email
should be forwarded normally (without the "tag") even if it would have
been detected as spam otherwise.
If you can post some log entries that show the entries for the incoming email, and possibly zip and email us your SpamFilter.ini file, along with the whitelist files, we'll take a further look. |
