I am setting up a new PC to handle our SpamFilter.

The configuration is mirrored to our old PC, but the emails are failing to come into the new box.

Also, we are getting "smtp forward failed...connect timeout" errors on our firewall.

Old PC SpamFilter Version: 2.0.1.342

New PC SpamFilter Version: 2.1.2.395

Troy, Without knowing further details about your network setup we won't be able to pinpoint the problem. Is the 2nd PC using a different IP address than the old PC? if so, depending on your setup, the things to look at are: Has the firewall been reconfigured to forward SMTP traffic to the new PC? If the IP on the new PC has changed and it's published to the internet, you may need to update the MX record to point it to the new IP. Could you please provide some more info on how your network is configured (does it look like any of our sample implementations available on http://www.logsat.com/sfi-technical-details.asp?) so we can further assist?
