One of my customized items contains a URL, but on some mail readers, the line doesn't wrap - resulting in the URL being "off-screen" for the person receiving the NDR
I don't suppose there's a way to include linefeeds in a Customized Item?

Sorry dotme, those items can only contain characters on a single line.
