I am getting SPAM in the inbox ocasionally. What can be done to make the SPAM filter better?
It seems that out of 100 SPAM e-mails, 2 SPAM are getting in. I have added the IP of the sending server to the blacklist, but it seems that the SPAM that are getting in should have been caught on keywords alone.
Are there any reccomended additions to my filters and blacklists?
One of the spam e-mail si got was an image file embedded in the e-mail body itself, how do I stop this? It seemed that a rather large image file would pass keywords because it had no words....

Ed, of the 3 samples you sent us, two of them were for emails not being processed by SpamFilter. These two emails appeared to have been sent directly to your mail server, bypassing SpamFilter. The 3rd one however was indeed a spam email that SpamFilter processed and "missed". We can't be 100% accurate! :-)
