I am currently using the Enterprise version, but my staff and I have decided that it is too much work to maintain and would like to downgrade to the Standard version so I can have the yearly fee be lower, but still use the software. I can install the Standard version ok, but when my renewal comes due I would like to only pay the Standard.
Please let me know what I need to do to proceed.
