I sent an email to the Support Dept and left a voice mail, both of which have not received a reply. Maybe someone at LogSat reads these. I can only hope. I upgraded in March. Now, when I attempt to upgrade to v2.0.1.347 I get a message that I have to purchase an upgrade. I would like to upgrade to a version that I have already paid for. It has been over a week and I have not heard from LogSat. Is anyone there?

Chris, I can assure you we did not receive any voice mails not emails. if the emails were mistakenly being rejected as spam, you should have received a "bounce" back informing you of the fact. You can download all licensed versions of SpamFilter, including build 347, by logging in to the registered aread of the website using your order number and email address. I pulled that info from our database and was able to login without problems with your data. I'll be sending you a private email with this information in case you have lost/misplaced it. Roberto F. |
