Any ideas why this error message appears in the logs? I don't see a message "Mail appears to be unsolicited" in the customisation area. We are using version 206 Log Message: "EMail from: Rowe532@att.net to: xxxl@mydomain.com was returned to sender - server error - xx.xx.xx.xx said: a Mail appears to be unsolicited -- send error reports to postmaster@mydomain.com " |

Check your destination server configured at spamfilter. It seems that itīs your destination server that is answering it to your spamfilter box.

John, Abel is correct. In log entries like the following: EMail from: Rowe532@att.net to: xxxl@mydomain.com was returned to sender - server error - xx.xx.xx.xx said: a Mail appears to be unsolicited -- send error reports to postmaster@mydomain.com What follows the server error is actually the error response that SpamFilter gets from your destination SMTP server whn SpamFilter forwards it the received email.
