Howdy, Our quarantine isn't deleting messages after the set period of 5 days. No error, no deletion, nothing. Everything else is running fine, but the quarantine is getting full. Version: 1.2.0.178 UDL: SpamFilterAccess Any ideas? - Al

Al, Is this a registered version? Can you look at the quarantine db and see if any of the messages have the "Expire" flag set to 1? Also (and I do not believe you db would work if this was not the case) If this is running on a Win32 system, what MDAC version are you running. You should be at V2.7 and I recomend at least SP1. Al, Can you please let us know what MDAC version installed on the server? As Dan mentioned, with Access there are problems if it's not at least v2.7 Roberto Franceschetti |

Hi Roberto (and Dan), Sorry I didn't get back sooner -- I was away for some much needed R&R (although I also picked up a cold...) . We have SpamFilter running on a Win2K3 server. As far as I can tell from a MDACreadme.html hidden on the HD, I have the newest MDAC running on this box. (Is there anywhere in particular to look?) When I checked Microsoft's site for an MDAC update, the 2.7.1 states that it supports Win2K and down, with nothing mentioned about Win2K3. I pulled the database into Access on my local machine, and none of the Expire flags are set to 1. Everything is at 0 in the entire column. I'll be switching over to a SQL database this week, so it's not a big concern. - Al
