I recently learned about Google Safe Browsing.
Google has made available their list of phishing and malware pages. Of course, I thought this would be excellent addition to spamfilter. I initially thought of downloading their list (and regular updates) and putting them in the keyword filter. Unfortunatly they only distribute hash values, you just check if your URL is listed via hash. Does anyone know of a RBL that uses this type of data (not necessary from Google, but any source?). If this could be added to spamfilter it would obviously be great for security to users email. Edited by yapadu - 15 September 2009 at 12:30am |
