Hello All, I'm considering purchasing the Enterprise edition, we currently filter for almost 100 domains. I downloaded the Enterprise evaluation, and installed on a completely new machine, not the one currently running the regular version. I setup the mssql database, setup the user per the docs, started the service, which registered and started the evaluation. I then went straight to the quarantine page and click on the browse to select the UDL file I had configured. When I selected the file the service stopped and said the evaluation had expired. I cannot start the service to go any further an finish configuring so I can evaluate the service. Please advise, TechSquared |

TechSquared,
If you can please email to let us know the internet IP of the server running SpamFilter, we'll reset the trial account for you. |

Thanks, I was installing all the server software and such within a NAT environment. I will be installing the server today into the public environment with a static IP and will write support with that email address. Thanks, Sean |

That should not have mattered, as the trial requests are granted based on the public internet IP of your network. SpamFilter needs to contact our webservers to retrieve a trial activation code, and the public IP is thus usually your firewall's IP. I just emailed you with instructions on how to proceed.
