SpamFilter Not Receiving online password

My problem lies when a user registers to check their email filtered from the software. SpamFilter seems to never send off the email to the user.  I can manually log into the database and retrieve the password.

Any help would be appreciated...trying to get this up and running for clients ASAP

Neither of those seem to work...please note that I am running the eval version.  Is it suppose to send the email in the trial version?
