Black/White lists not saving |

Under the Black and White lists it says that a file will be created from my entries, but only local domains created a list. I'm entering each item on a separate line and clicking Save Settings, but no other lists are saving. Does anyone have suggestions on how to get the lists to save?

clickon the folder icon next to the field in which the filename should be, then browse to the location where you want the file and provide a name for a new file there.
