Before I sit down and write this code, has anyone written any code to create a domain admin, add domains to the user, as well delete users and domains for a user?

in Cold Fusion I wrote a "authorized domain" manager.
Green row background means active and filtered. entries can be edited as:
after making changes I export settings:
after making these changes it only takes a couple of minutes for everything to become active.
