I have a problem. I have whitelisted a Road Runner mail server because they were on a DNSBL. Now I have a user who doesnt want email from a specific email address at Road Runner. I added the person's email address to the From Blacklist but because the IP is whitelisted its letting the email through. How do I go about resolving this? |

I'm afraid that it can't be done... The whitelists take precedence over most blacklists, so once you whitelist an IP, it will get trusted and will skip all other tests.
