tckoay,
If you purchased the antivirus plugin, the activation key is provided in your personal registered user area on our website. Just login with your order number and email address and you'll have access to the licensed versions of SpamFilter and the AV codes. In regards to the error, could you please zip and email us at support @ logsat.com a copy of SpamFilter's activity logfile for a day the above error occurred? |

tcokay himself found the problem relative to the database errors (THANK YOU!). His findings where that (quoted):
===================================== For the database error, I already solved it. For your information, it is due to the latest MYSQL ODBC 3.51.14 seem got incompatibility problem. I re-install with 3.51.12 & it work perfect now. ======================================= We are able to duplicate the problem, and do find that SpamFilter has issues with the 3.51.14 version of the ODBC MySQL driver. We're working to find a solution. Edited by LogSat |
