We have an asp page that is scheduled to run every morning. It sends each user a summary of their quarantine contents and a link to login to the quarantine. The script works great, but recently, I have been getting a fair number of these messages bounced back: How can I troubleshoot this? |

jerbo,
Are you 100% sure the content that the ASP code is placing in the tblMsgs table is valid? That error indicates that SpamFilter was not able to decode the email file. Usually it's because of MIME errors, or some other kind of encoding issues within the email. |
