I have not seen this yet in the program but is it possible to allow users to remove their whitelisted email from the list so that if they end up having a problem later from an incoming source email, that they can easily look at a list of already listed whitelist emails, to remove them without the admins intervention?

The capability is not available out-of-the-box.
SpamFilter stores all its settings in text configuration files. If any of these files is modified by another application, SpamFilter will automatically re-import the changes. This allows administrators to customize the end-user web interface to add any functionality they wish, granting the end user access to any config files the admin wishes. In the new SpamFilter Enterprise (a beta was released just yesterday), all settings are now stored in a database rather than in files, making it even easier to interface with them. |
