I am running into a situation where some attachments are triggering some keyword filters (e.g. VPR)

Wasn't there a way to not scan into the encoding of these?

LogSat will need to answer this but this is why I feel that "Plain Text" keywords are a real problem and why RegEx's should be used to catch the Spamming techniques, rather than literal words.

Alan,

If you are scanning for a single 3-letter keyword , we strongly recommend against doing so. It is far too likely for any 3 characters to be found in an email's body, it will generate too many false positives.
