Can I control what happens if a domain is NOT publishing it's SPF record?
I see options for Neutral, Softfail and Fail, but what happens when a domain does not have an SPF record? Does it pass or gets rejected? |

If a domain does not publish an SPF record then the SPF filter is not used when processing that email. There's thus no way to control what happens to these emails based on the non-presence of the SPF record.
