I've setup a nonfiltered address  - abuse@.....
I've got a^^holes spamming that address.    I would like nothing more than to reach out and cut their sack off.
Anyone have any good idea's for dealing with this crap?

Jerbo128,

Unfortunately when its unfiltered, there's not really all that you can do except to use an external filter between SF and your mail server.  Or you can setup rules in your mail reader to delete the mail that comes from said a^^holes as you pickup your mail for that account.

Jerbo128,

We also have an absolute allow on abues@ .... and have the same issue.  I end up seeing red when our abuse address gets spammed and anyone who spams an abuse address is truly stupid (being as polite as I can get).  We hard block any IP blocks that spam abuse addresses and never remove the blocks unless they contact us directly (which they never do).  We also go through heroics to track down the owner of the network and get as ugly as possible with blocking any other networkd they control.  Not a solution but ...

I would have to agree.... spamming an abuse address is a little stupid.... talk about advertising your IP :) But then again, some spammers just serve to be a nuisance!
