Getting errors since Version .711:

Exception occurred during AddIPToIPCacheLimbo: '39342,4181879861' is not a valid floating point value

The numbers are varying.
Upgrade to 713 didn't help.
 Any idea?

tcig,

I looked at my logs for the past 2 days in 2 servers and do not have even one instance of this error.  Sorry .. no help from my end.  Running 713.

tcig,

Could you please let us know what version of SpamFilter you were using prior to the upgrade to .711? We suspect it has something to do with the regional settings on the server, could you please let us know what language version of Windows you're using, and what locale (regional settings) are configured in Windows?

tcig,

We were actually just able to reproduce this problem in the lab. It is indeed a bug in SpamFllter caused by locale settings in Windows. We will have a patch ready within a few hours and will make it available in the registered user area of the website.

Build .714 is now available with the fix. The bug was introduced in build .711 and wa caused by SpamFilter not being able to handle a "," (comma) as a decimal separator in numbers rather than a "." period.

Roberto,

What conditions would cause this as I still do not have any errors in my logs at all?

I would affect Windows installations were the regional settings have a "," instead of a "." for the decimal separator. Most US installations of Windows are thus un-affected.
