I am running .676 in Enterprise mode. Today, I had a lot customers complain that previously whitelisted addresses were being caught in the quarantine. As I looked further, I noticed that my autowhitelistforcedelivery table has only 65 rows. I pulled a backup from yesterday, and the table shows 700 entries. So I imported the backup table into the currently running table. 2 hours later, I looked at the table again, and presto - it had about 70 entries again. So I force delivered an email, and indeed the address was added to the table. What can I do? Thanks in advance for the help. jerbo128 Edited by jerbo128 |

We've found a bug in how new entries are added to the autowhitelistforce delivery list. In case of very high traffic, where there can be multiple additions to that file within 1-5 seconds, it's possible that the list is truncated.
jerbo128 has been using a patched version for the past days, and so far no problems are reported. We'll be officially releasing it within a few more days if no issues arise. |

I looked at the other tables, and it appears to be happening to only the autowhitelistforcedelivery. I searched today's log for "DOMAINS\WL_Autowhitelistforcedelivery.txt" and could not find any entries that referenced duplicate entries in the txt file.
