How do I adjust this? I don't really see much being filtered while stream of image spams are hitting even my mail box. What is the proper setting number people are using? Edited by Stupid |

The image threshold is in the main "Setttings - Configuration" tab in SpamFilter. The higher the value, the more aggressive the filter. Please note that this filter is not going to stop every spam image (as you've already noticed
). The default settings are what we believe are the safest ones, but only trial and error will allow you to improve the values that best fit your environment.

Roberto, we see repeat emails on a daily basis with the same embedded image in them. Can I email you a few copies so you can investigate why this particular message is slipping through so often?

These may be somewhat agressive but, so far I have good luck with the following: SpamImageThreshold=15 |

Yes, Those are our settings and we have had no complaints so far (about 2 weeks at that setting) but are watching it on a regular basis. We also have a customer base of 95% business and most of these users do not BS around with fancy "stationary" of smiley faces or other "features". Most are running mail systems that are controlled by their mail administrators and most run their logos past our filters to make sure they are not blocked.
