hi, i'm just validating SPAM-Filter und since yesterday SPAM-Filter dosn't deliver any mail form t-online.de! So, i also whitelisted the t-online.de complete (IP and SMTP-server) but the SPAM-Fliten logged: 10.13.06 10:15:52:202 -- (2092) Connection from: 194.25.134.83 - Originating country : Germany Please give me an idea to solve this problem ASAP tnx, fritz

Fritz,
You whitelisted the IP address 194.25.134.83, so the email won't be checked for spam by SpamFilter. However we see there is a big delay (12 minutes *EXACTLY*) from the time of the connection and when the remote server was disconected. SpamFilter has a built-in timeout that disconnects servers if they remain connected for too long. The default value is 15 minutes. It would not apply in this case, as the connection was dropped after 12 minutes, not 15, but you may want to check your setting. Please also note that since it was exactly 12 minutes, there may be other timeouts occurring somewhere else on your network. The setting is the following in the SpamFilter.ini file: ;Force disconnect of sessions after they have remained connected for this long IdleDisconnectMinutesTimeout=15 Furthermore, during this time interval (if you have posted all enteries relative to process 2092), there are no commands received from the remote server specifying neither the sender nor the recipients. If this is indeed the case, there may be other issues. You could try going to the "Settings - Debug View" tab, enter the IP address 194.25.134.83, and enable the debug monitor. This should cause the SMTP traffic with that server to be captured on the large memo control on that tab, and will help in troubleshooting. |

the problem is, t-online.de uses differnt relays like: SPAM Filter says "acceptetd" and that's all, after the timeout (i declared exactly 12 min.) the connection is closed without any reason. just for t-online - all other incoming mail-traffic goes after filtering to ous POP-server. innerwhile. i removed the IP-whitelist, the logfile looks now lie that: 10.13.06 13:19:57:745 -- (1988) Resolving 194.25.134.21 - mailout10.sul.t-online.com .... here do i miss the eMail forwarding !!!
any idea? |
