Hi,

At this point is time my customer is running two servers with al logsat installation (licenced). The both installations (should be supported?) connect to a 3th server which contains the quarantine database (msde2000a).

I'm experiencing the following issues:

when mail is releases (through the website) that originates on the server with serverid 1, it is not delivered. On the contrary, it gets an the expiry field set to 1.

an issue which i guess is somehow releated to that: when i set manually the deliver field to 1 these mails are only delivered when I also set the serverid to 2 (in other words, the server id with id 1 does not seem to run this proces?)

The cleanup process does not seem to run at all (i get the dodeleteexpired.... error message which has been mentioned before, but i do not seem to find any solution to that)

Could you help me out on some of these issues?

Many Thanks

Sebastian

Sebastian,

Running 2 SpamFilter servers connected to a single database server is surely supported. To troubleshoot this problem, can you please email us at support@logsat.com the SpamFilter.ini files from both servers, along with the contents (an export will do, or even a screenshot if you wish) of the tblServers table in the database? We'd also need an export of a few dozen rows of the tblQuarantine table.

We run a third server with MySQL for the quarantine data.  This works well.
