Shawn, We've been trying to answer you by email but we are also receiving bounces. Your domain has 3 MX records, I won't name them here to protect your privacy. On your primary MX record with preference 0 you have an SMTP server listening, but it is not SpamFilter. When we attempt to send mail to your domain it is handled by that server with MX pref. 0. It is that server that is causing the rejection of your emails. Following is the telnet trace we obtain sending you an email: telnet mailgate.**********.com 25 The same error occurs when telnet-ing to your SMTP server listening on your MX record with preference 10 (herndon). Your SMTP server on your MX record with preference 5 instead (mail) returns an unrecoverable 421 error immediately after connecting to it: 421 SMTP service not available, closing transmission channel I'm not sure where SpamFilter is located on your network, but when viewed from the outside the configuration problems do not appear to be caused by SpamFilter. Roberto F. 421 SMTP service not available, closing transmission channel |

I have been changing things on the spam server this morning, that is probably why you were receiving those messages. I changed everything back so you can get through now. Email me at smay@wbworldwide.com and you will get through.
