How do I know when the bayesian filtering has kicked in?  And, at that point, do I still need to be filtering by keyword, domain, etc...or should I just let the bayesian filtering handle it all?

Brice,

The latest beta starts Bayesian filtering after 5,000 spam emails and 5,000 good emails are received. The SpamFilter\Corpus\corpus.ini file contains the current number of good/spam emails received.

In theory at that point you could let the Bayesian filter take care of all filterning and remove other rules. However this is a beta and the blockage results obtained by users are part of the feedback we'd like to receive.
