Problem with deliver quarantined email (STD ed. .718)
 
here's the log

1) the sender address has been correctly added to white list (AutoWhiteListForceDelivery.txt)
 
2) db at tblquarantine reported deliver = 1 expire = 0 server id = 1 (correct)
 
3) db at tblmsg join on the tblquarantine (msgid) is not null.
 
4) message keeps on remain in db
 
What's wrong?

rudaf,

After delivering the quarantined message, actually the database record should contain:
deliver=0
expire=1

Could you please try editing the record directly from the database, and change the two values to match the above? We'd like to know if performing the operation manually is successful or not.

Does this happen for every email that is force-delivered from the quarantine, or did it happen just this time? If it happens every-time, could you try the manual change on one or two more entries to see if the error appears then as well?

Hi Roberto (dovrei dire ciao?),
 
we solved the problem. after a db moving Ouch primary keys on spamfilter table were lost.... once rebuilded things were back regulary.
