SpamFilter detected:  Found Keywords: [....]

Activities log saying  ......matches content filter rules - rejected.

Thanks

If you can post the lines in the activity log relevant to this email we can try to see what is wrong. Several factors can cause this to happen, for example using the option to "tag" spam and deliver.

If you are positive that none of the "Tag Spam & deliver" options are checked, can you please check the "Settings - Customized Items" tab, and endure that you did not delete the 3-digit error numbers from any of the custom respones? If the 3-digit number is missing, SpamFilter has no choice but to accept the email since there is not an error code to send to the remote server.

If those are configured correctly, please email to mailto:support@logsat.com" CLASS="ASPForums" TITLE="WARNING: URL created by poster. - support@logsat.com your SpamFilter.ini file, along with your local blacklist/whitelist/keyword files so we can try to understand what is happening.
