Peter,

We received your email with the login details, but are unable to remote in your server, as you provided only a password but not a username. We tried "Administrator" but it did not work. Can you please email us again with the complete login credentials?

Also, can you make sure that the SpamFilter server is actually able to resolve the name of your destination SMTP server? To double-check, can you please open a DOS prompt on the SpamFilter server, and type:

telnet destination_server_name 25

if you are not able to receive a welcome banner from your destination smtp server, that means that it is either down, or that the SpamFilter server is not able to resolve its name (DNS problems?)

Mistery solved. There were two entries in the AllowedDomains.txt file for the same domain:

zzzzzzz.com
zzzzzzz.com:aa.bbb.ccc.ddd:25

This is not usually a problem, but it does throw off SpamFilter when there are different forwarding addresses for the various domains. I eliminated the duplicate entry and everything seems to work as expected.

PS - SpamFilter performs very little error checking on the config files as this allows us to have better performance.
