Hi Guys,

Sometime over the weekend my statistical filter seems to have gone a little crazy in blocking genuine emails - possibly a corrupt corpus?

I've stopped Spamfilter, renamed the corpus directory, taken a copy of AutoWhitelListForceDelivery.txt, stopped quarantine web interface, restarted SpamFilter, set SQL to deliver all emails that were rejected by this rule, replaced AutoWhiteListForceDelivery.txt with the copy , again stopped SF, deleted newly created Corpus directory, then restarted SF and re-enabled the quarantine web interface.

Not i've gotten over the problem, whats the best thing to do to track the problem down or find out where/what caused the problem?

Regards,
Lyndon.

lyndonje,

If you still have the copy of the old corpus files, and 2 or 3 of the original emails that were incorrectly stopped (please note - the "original" source, not processed by Microsoft Outlook - (Outlook Express is fine however)), please zip and send them to us so we can have a look.
