a few days ago i download SF2.7.1.541 and today i logged in to the download site and observed that the current unreleased version to download is SF2.7.1.535? was there a problem with SF2.7.1.541? Thanks Richard |

Richard,
We recalled 541 as we found regression errors that caused the attachment filters and the SURBL filters to fail to detect spam. As we're about to finalize a new filter that actually scan embedded images for spam, thus helping fight those spams consisting often of an email with a single image in them, we made the decision to wait a few more days for it to be ready, rather than re-release 541 with a patch. |

I did deploy 2.7.1.541 and have not noticed the regression errors. As always I am thankful you are on top of it Roberto. Can you post to this thread once you release a replacement canidate?
