When receiving an email with a particular Excel spreadsheet attached the connection is dropped before the SMTP transaction is complete. I've tried from multiple sending servers with the same result. I've sent other Excel attachments with no trouble. This is what the activity log looks like:

Alec,Is this reproduceable, meaning that the same Excel spreadsheet always causes the same connection drop? If so, could you send us an email to support@logsat.com with that spreadsheet, so hopefully we see the same problem?Roberto F.
