Our operations are based in Central Florida, and unfortunately our office and homes experienced what an eye of a hurricane looks like...

While the servers are in a local secure hosting location (which also was in the eye's path, but survived without problem) and made it thru safely, we (support staff) are without power and internet connections both in homes and offices. We're using a internet-enable cell phone to post this.

We've been told it could be a few more days before power is restored, so please accept our apologies if we're not able to respond to technical support inquiries for the next few days until things become normal again.

Roberto, we in Houston are quite familiar with the damage that hurricanes and tropical storms can do. Cleaning up the mess and rebuilding damaged property is a long, difficult process - particularly while trying to carry on business as usual. If there is anything that we can do to help you guys, please let me know.
