I had been running version 1.2.0.212 but wanted to try the beta version to be able and use attachment blocking which would be great. After upgrading now I cannot view my quarantine database. I have the checks in the correct spots so it will quarantine them and the log says it is quarantining them but when I click refresh it does nothing. It tells me the quarantine DB is active. I do the check DB string in the settings and it connects correctly. The access table is there in the correct folder but still nothing shows. Any suggestions?

RL, Have you looked in the tblQuarantine to see if there are any emails actually present in the table? Roberto F. |

I found in the forum the article about having the keyword box checked to not quarantine items not allowing items to be quarantined from other lists. I unchecked the box in the keyword spot and now the database is showing items. I do have another question though. Is there a way to specify which list it runs the rules against first? I have a Email to blacklist and also a domain blocklist. It seems to run across the domain blocklist first and quarantines the file even if the email is to a user that is in the Email To blocked list. I have to go thru more emails in the quarantine list because of this because there are alot of emails sent to a 20username@domainname.com. This product is great so far as we are evaluating. It is blocking tons of spam. Just need to tweek it to get maximum benefits out of it and have to go thru the quarantine logs to see what good emails are getting held. Any help would be appreciated.
