Is there a syntax method to prevent the filter from finding "butt" in the word "butter" and causing a rejection?

Are you trying to detect the word with spaces before and/or after or any combo except butter?

( butt ) will find " butt " or  " BUTT " or " Butt "  etc but will not find butter.  There are other options for other variations also.

I think you answereed my question.  From your reply I gatner that I have to input the key word parenthetically with a space before and after the first and last character of the word.

Dan,

I was curious, when inputting the keywords in, do you need some particular syntax:

for example ( sex ), ( viagra ),......

or is it  ( sex )

             ( viagra )

             ( next word here )

I am  just trying to figure out how to set up the list to begin with so that it is working right. I read a post from before where it said something that each line is for the equal line in the emails, and another that says that you just need the , to seperate the words within the ()

Thanks
