i am new to this software, it was already in place when i started this job. i am getting messages with the following error, any ideas?

The bounce message does not appear to contain any SpamFilter-related errors in it, so at first sight it appears the problem is with a mail server other than SpamFilter. If you can forward us the bounce emails (as attachments as to retain the headers) to support at logsat dot com we can try to find out more.
