For those who want to add SA to their spamfiltering this looks like an easy way to do it. We are evaluating a new mail server back end and came across this in their forum. The author created a virtual machine using a stripped down Linux OS and it runs unders windows using the free VM player from VMWare. I have not had time to play with it but it looks like a promising way to easily (and cheaply) add SA to get rid of that last little bit of spam that gets by SF

Will eventually get around to trying it, but it anyone beats me to that can you give us a report?

Ok, I'll bite.

How can this work with Spam Filter?

Messages hit Spam Filter first.

Then lets say you have 100 domains defined, and each of those 100 go to different target server based on name or IP address defined for each domain.

Where does this appliance fit in?

We currently use Mdaemon (just for SA) and have  it after SF. Anything that is whitelisted does not get spamchecked but everythinge else does.  Was hoping this could be a replacement but I see the dilema. Will play with it this weekend to see if it can handle multiple servers and let you know.
