How can I whitelist a country?

For example if I add mailto:*@*.*.au - *@*.*.au to the "Excluded FROM Emails" Whitelist will this whitelist everything for AU?

It may seem an odd thing to do but we get very little spam that appears to come from an AU domain but most false positives are from this domain as we are in AU

i think *.AU in the domains whitelist should be enough.
