Hi, I may have observed a possible bug.
  I'm trying to check/uncheck some boxes for filters on the Custom Domain Filters tab.  I can modified what is checked and what is not, but once I hit Save Settings, the settings from before modification reappear.  Any ideas?  No errors in the activity log.
  A simple work-around worked fine for me... I simply modified my AllowedDomainFilterMatrix.txt and made my necessary changes.  SpamFilter automatically reloaded the domain filters, which were then correctly reflected in the GUI.
  My Set-up Using version v.3.1.3.597 (REGISTERED) # of domains: 2 GUI used: SpamFilterSvc.exe (not the web admin interface)

Stephen,
  Can you ensure that you "click away" from the domain you're editing, to activate the row changes you just made? You should see the row indicator left of the domain name changing from a caret to an arrow, to confirm the database row was updated.

Hmm, it's not quite doing that.  I click away in the white space, and the carot row indicator remains.
  If selected a different row, then an arrow indicator appears next the now-active row.  However, the checkbox from the modified row completely disappears.
  I know I'm confusing you, and boring everyone else to tears.... 
  I'll send you a screenshot.

Ok, actually after several cowboy-style clicking away, I too saw the checkbox disappears once! Weird... In anycase, when the checkbox disappears, it's value is "unchecked". I'll look into it some more...

Roberto, thanks for your prompt response!  I've been away for a few days so I wasn't able to give you an update…
  Last week, I tried saving while the check box (for SFDB) had disappeared for one domain (call it "domain2.com").  Instead of it writing a value of "0" in AllowedDomainFilterMatrix.txt, it wrote no value at all.  And, SpamFilter actually interpreted the absense of a 0 or a 1 as "checked" - I know this because some mail for domain2.com had been quarantined for having been listed on the SFDB.
  Here's what my AllowedDomainFilterMatrix.txt looked like today.  I since have added a "0" at the end of the file in order to fix it: 
domain1.com,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1 domain2.com,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,0,0,0,0,1,1,1,1,1,  |  
 
  Just fyi, once SpamFilter auto-reloaded AllowedDomainFilterMatrix.txt, an empty checkbox re-appeared for SFDB...
