Is there a way to disable NDR on all filters? What would be the consequence if I do this?

Sorry, this means if any email goes to quarantine, the sender will not be notified.

The problem is that many customers who cannot email us due to, obviously, their setup most of time. They would think we closed down our shop or something. No they don't read the NDR carefully.

Yes, there is if you are using the quarantine. From the readme.hmtl help file:

;Setting DoNotSendNDROnQuarantine to 1 will prevent generation of NDR when email are quarantined by causing SpamFilter *not* to send an error code when quarantining emails
DoNotSendNDROnQuarantine=0

The consequence will be that if an email is blocked, the sender will not receive an non-deliverable email notification, and will thus assume the email was delivered successfully, when in fact it was blocked. Please note that his behavior violates the RFCs, which states that senders must be notified if an email cannot be delivered.

I guess that is OK, because we actually quarantine everything. Once in quarantine, it is considered the email is received.

Even though this violate the RFC, there's no serious consequence on my side, right?
