A lot of spam come from a reverse domain name that has "dsl" or "cable" associated in rDNS lookup.

Is there a way to filter those IP addresses?

There is no way to search within rDNS text, but please note that some MAPS RBL servers do blacklist dynamic IP addresses, as many of the "dsl" and "cable" are. I think that SORBS is one of them, but am not 100% certain...

combined.njabl.org is one that lists DHCP (Dynamic) IP's.  I actually stopped using SORBS as they started using extortion if you wanted to get de-listed.  As a result, no one de-lists and a lot of false positives started showing up.  Hence, I removed it after getting hammered by support calls from our customers.
