Just upgraded to v.2.7.1.532 from v.2.7.1.523, and if I set the
DoNotStartWithoutAV to true (=1), and try to start the service, the GUI
comes up for a few seconds, then closes and the service stopped.
However in the logs it looks as the Norman AV is being loaded sucessfully. See log:

Ouch, you're correct, we've been able to reproduce the problem. That will of course be classified as a bug, we'll have a patch within then next 12/48 hours.

We've uploaded build 2.7.1.535 in the registered user area. The release notes are as follows:
