I still seem to have a problem with tag and deliver when an email is
cc'd to and email address that is not on the exclude to list, but the
email in the TO field is. I'm using version 2.5.2.457 of spamfilter.
Here is a sample log entry (domain name has been altered to thwart would be spammers):
07/06/05 08:14:48:931 -- (1216) Connection from: 220.93.36.141 - Originating country : Korea, Republic of
07/06/05 08:14:50:614 -- (1216) Resolving 220.93.36.141 - Not found
07/06/05 08:14:50:824 -- (1216) - IP address is from a blacklisted country...

I'm not sure I understood the problem/question. Once an email is marked
for being "spam-tagged" it will be delivered. Can you please post more
info on what addresses are in what list, and what you think should have
occurred?
